1. Preliminary preparation
Equipment inspection: Confirm that the required wellhead devices (such as Christmas trees, lifting short sections, conversion flanges, blowout preventers, etc.) have arrived at the site, and check whether their integrity, models and specifications meet the design requirements.
Tool and material preparation: Prepare the tools (such as socket wrenches, wire brushes, booster bars, wire rope sleeves, etc.) and materials (such as sealing tape, butter, steel rings, etc.) required for installation.

2. Construction process
Inspection and removal:
After the oil wellhead device manufacturer transports the Christmas tree to the well site, check whether all components are complete and intact, and whether the gate switch is flexible and easy to use.
Use a socket wrench to remove the connecting parts from the casing flange.
Cleaning and preparation:
Remove the steel ring and place it properly.
Remove the casing coupling and the casing nipple of the oil tree, brush the threads clean with a wire brush, and check whether they are intact.
Install the sealing nipple:
Wrap the sealing tape counterclockwise around the threads of the casing nipple from the end close to the flange.
Put the male buckle of the casing lifting nipple on the wellhead casing coupling, turn it counterclockwise 1~2 turns to buckle it, and then turn it forward to buckle it until it cannot be pulled by hand.
Tighten the flange and casing lifting nipple with the force lever and wellhead bolts.
Install the oil tree:
Wipe the steel ring groove with cotton yarn and apply butter.
Put the steel ring in the groove and apply butter on the upper part.
Hang the oil tree on the traveling block hook with a wire rope, slowly lift the oil tree body and the large four-way, and wipe the steel ring groove at the bottom of the large four-way.
Slowly lower the Christmas tree and the big four-way, so that the steel ring enters the steel ring groove of the big four-way, and adjust the direction of the Christmas tree.
Tighten the 4 flange bolts diagonally, then remove the rope loop, and continue to tighten the remaining flange bolts diagonally.
Pressure test and inspection:
Pressure test the Christmas tree and the lifting short section to ensure no leakage.
Check whether the direction of the handwheel meets the design requirements and adjust it to the specified position.

Operation sequence: The installation process must be carried out in accordance with the operation sequence to avoid errors.
